Team building and team developmentConflict in the workplace is rife says new research from law firm Eversheds. A study of 1,000 UK employees found almost 1/3 of workers regularly clash with colleagues although 60% of respondents believe clashes are unhealthy. Most likely to engage in conflict are 16-24 year-olds. Over 50% of workers shy away from disputes but 20% believe it pushes people to do a better job.
