	Aidan Walmsley Aidan has 20 years of human resource experience in a range of sectors.  He has experience of delivering strategic and operational solutions in dynamic, innovative and business focused environments, including organisational change and TUPE/mergers and acquisitions.  He is highly motivated and commercially aware with strong project management and facilitation skills. 	Bardis Seabury Bardis is a nationally recognised specialist in the field of flexible working and work life balance. She  advises both individual businesses on these issues across a range of sectors, and also the UK and Irish Governments. Bardis is a member of our specialist Childcare Business Training Team. 	Bernadette Kavanagh Bernadette is our personnel and HR specialist. She has extensive experience providing human resource advice on a range of areas related to the successful management of business through employees. 	David Toomey David is a highly qualified and very experienced training and development professional. He has developed and run training programmes for individuals and businesses to achieve their maximum potential. David holds an MBA in Management and uses action learning as a key driver for people development. He is highly experienced in the delivery of NVQs in the financial services sector. 	Luciano Barbera Luciano is an internatonal organisational development consultant with particular strengths in helping organisations achieve and maintain the Investors in People Standard. 	Stephanie Wheeler Stephanie runs her own consultancy practice, specialising in research and knowledge management within human resources and change management.  Stephanie uses primary and secondary research techniques to help clients to make informed decisions based on objective factual analysis. 	Julia Turner Julia’s role within Flourishing People is to assist our associates and clients in an administrative capacity.  She is responsible for handling all initial client enquiries so is often the first point of contact for many of our clients. 	Angela Sherring Angela is a Commerce and Economics graduate from the University of Queensland, Australia. Since coming to the UK her experience has enabled her to build expertise in the areas of talent management, diversity, coaching, assessment and HR process audits.
