2. Conditions regarding sale of goods to you

2.1 Our contract with you
When you place an order to purchase a product from Flourishing People Ltd, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. This is accepted by us only when we send a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you at the time of dispatching that product to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail do not form part of that contract. Orders for services will also be confirmed by an e-mail containing details about how you will be able to access your service.

Non acceptance of an order may be the result of one of the following:-
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Your not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main terms and conditions
The contract will be concluded in English.

2.2 Returns policy
If you take delivery of a Flourishing People Ltd package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt for exchange. You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault.

If we sent you an incorrect item, send the incorrect item back to us as soon as you receive it and we'll make sure you are not charged for it and will refund you the cost of postage for returning to us. We will then send you the correct item.

2.3 Contract cancellation
